Return & Refund Policy

You may return your purchase for a replacement or refund within 30 days of receipt. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

If items have been damaged through shipping we ask that you send us a photo for our records within a week’s time so that we can process the replacement. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We’ll email you once we process your return or exchange.

We do not accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The item(s) have been worn or washed
  • The item(s) have been altered
  • The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and saleable condition unless the condition is the fault of the supplier
  • The item(s) do not have the original tags on them

Your item is eligible for return/exchange if at least one or more cases listed below happens:

  • The printed image is not clear.
  • The printed image is not in the center of the shirt.
  • The package received wrongly against the order.
  • Damaged due to delivery: torn, dirty…
  • The order is not in the right size, color or style compared to the order.
  • Other mistakes caused by us…

REFUND

If you received the wrong item, wrong size, or if you receive an item that was damaged during transit please email us at support@Teemoonlight.com. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address. 

Teemoonlight will processes your return within 48 hours upon receiving your package. Items will be inspected and processed through our returns department.

Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases of a shipping error.

EXCHANGES

If you received the wrong item, wrong size, or if you receive an item that was damaged during transit, we will reship your order at no cost to you. There is no need to return the wrong or defective item. All reshipment requests will be reviewed and processed within 3-5 business days.

Please email us at support@Teemoonlight.com with a photo of the product you received along with detail shots you wish to include. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a replacement free of charge.

NOTE: Please refer to the size guide here: Sizing Charts We will not take any responsibility for the size if we made it as your request. In the case of shipping the wrong size in comparison with the order, we will follow the above policy.
